Any disputes relating to these terms or the Services will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with an arbitral tribunal consisting of three members. The courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not resolved through arbitration.

Compliance with Bangladesh’s Digital Security Act

Identity Information: Under Section 26 of the Bangladesh Digital Security Act, unauthorized actions involving identity information, such as collection, selling, or use, are offenses. Penalties include imprisonment for up to five years or fines up to five lakh taka, or both. Repeat offenses may result in increased penalties.
